How Capulse stays inside the lines

Capulse is currently in early access. Outputs shown are for research purposes under SEBI Research Analyst oversight.
1. What Capulse is
Capulse is an AI-powered research and analysis engine for retail traders and investors in the Indian securities market. It answers questions, generates an i-Score for listed stocks, and estimates signals for futures & options levels. Capulse does not hold, transmit or execute orders, and has no connection to any brokerage account.
2. Research Analyst oversight
Scoring methodology, factor weights and signal models used by Capulse are reviewed and approved by a SEBI-registered Research Analyst before deployment. High-conviction outputs and a sample of ongoing outputs are reviewed by the Research Analyst, who is accountable for the research published through Capulse under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, as amended.
3. Not investment advice
Nothing shown by Capulse — including the i-Score, F&O signals, or portfolio analysis — is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your investment and trading decisions, including any stop-loss or target levels you set.
4. Use of artificial intelligence
Capulse uses machine learning models and large language models to screen securities, generate scores, and produce signals from market, fundamental and news data. As required under applicable SEBI disclosure norms, we disclose that AI tools are used in the research generation process, subject to human Research Analyst review and sign-off.
5. Risk disclosure
Investments in securities are subject to market risk. Past performance, scores or signal outputs are not indicative of future results. Futures and options trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
6. Conflicts of interest
Where Capulse, its affiliates, or the associated Research Analyst entity hold a position in a security referenced in an output, this will be disclosed within that output.
7. Data & record-keeping
Every query, generated output, and Research Analyst review action is logged and retained for a minimum of five years, in line with SEBI record-keeping requirements for research analysts.
8. Privacy & memory
On the paid plan, Capulse retains a profile of your stated preferences, uploaded portfolio, and question history to personalise responses. You can view or delete this data at any time from your account settings. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
9. Terms of use
