All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start, and no charge occurs unless you actively subscribe to a paid plan.
You may cancel your Growth, Pro, or Elite subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain access to paid features until then.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@capulse.tech and we will review your case.
Downgrading to the free Starter plan preserves read-only access to your historical signals, scores, and reports.
Any brokerage, transaction, or statutory charges levied by your connected broker are separate from Capulse's subscription fees and are not covered by this policy.
